Ever since he was a little boy, Henry Hill wanted to be a gangster. “Goodfellas” follows the story of Henry and his two friends, Jimmy Conway and Tommy DeVito. The three friends work their way deeper and deeper into the New York City organized crime scene. His life is fraught with personal strife and drama as he struggles to balance his underworld activities with his family life. As Henry progresses, he becomes ever more entrepreneurial, and even starts to strike up some business deals on his own. At first, Henry remembers his friends and gives them a taste of the action. As he goes further and further out on his own though, he begins to hold back. The drama builds and comes to an exciting climax as his friends and the police find out what he has been up to.
